  1. looks like you did agree to printing. In your original letter to The Color Run you say “I provided Scott with the condition that I would get photo credit whenever the pictures were used, and in circulation on the internet and in print…” So, your written understanding of the original contract indicates you agreed to internet and print use and required only “credit” be given.
    You then point out to The Color Run that some of the photos are being used without credit.
    Then you ask for $100k.
    Based on your other blog posts here, The Color Run engages it immediately and counters with a $30k offer (plus a few other “shot out” publicity incentives.)
    That sounds like a company trying to quickly negotiate a fair compensation beyond your original contract, which clearly involved no $.
    The strange part to me is that instead of negotiating with that offer that you felt was too low, you go on to INCREASE them amount you want to be compensated.
    That doesn’t sound like both sides negotiating.

  2. Thanks! Is this the only agreement? When you said written agreement I expected more than just a FB message exchange with few details about actual usage.
